  • ‘We’, ‘our organization’, ‘Bikalpajeebika, bikalpajeebika.com’ are same and refer to Bikalpajeebika only. All confirmed registered applicants will hence forth be called Member(s).
  • The persons fulfilling the following criteria can join us by registering with us, a)Must be a resident of India, b)Must be 18 years or above of age, c)Must have a bank account in a nationalized bank in India to receive money, d)Must be able to read and write English, e)Must have knowledge of simple computer/ mobile operation.
  • You can have only one registered member account with us at any given point of time. Multiple member accounts  with multiple E-mail ids associated with any person will lead to deletion of  all those accounts, forfeiture of  payments and person ( along with all the associated E-mail ) will be banned from accessing this site forever.
  • You must comply with the applicable rules, regulations,orders and not violate any rules or regulations.
  • You promise to indemnify and hold harmless to Bikalpajeebika from and against any costs, damages, expenses and liabilities arising out of your use of our service or content, violation of any law, regulation and rights of anyone associated.
  • All member(s) must follow and maintain the rules and regulations pertaining to the  work whether part time or full time. Any penalty due to disciplinary reasons imposed by the  Bikalpajeebika is to be borne by the member(s).
  • All payments related to the completed jobs are made directly by the us. Any dispute in the same is to be settled directly with the us. 
  • In some cases the associates may provide necessary trainings as and when felt required by them.
  • In any services directly or indirectly related to stock trading we do not take any responsibility of any profit or loss incurred due to share trading. Investments in stock market (Trading of Share in cash segment, Commodity, Futures & Options, Currency) are subject to market risks. We also not take any responsibility of quality and pedagogy of teaching and learning of the organizations we refer to.
  • Incase of non use (NO LOGIN TO MEMBER ACCOUNT) of bikalpajeebika account for more than 90days, the account may get suspended, which may get revived with the terms and conditions of Bikalpajeebika at that point of time.
  • Member payments: Members can earn  by completing tasks offered by us or by referring friends and relatives. All cash payments are made to Indian bank accounts only. Payment success massage is sent to all members in case of dispute. Payments are checked , transferred and updated once in a month.
  • The member accounts are updated after the member referrals are checked by us.
  • The services, all content and other materials contained on or within the services, including without limitation, Bikalpajeebika logo, content of the website, all information, content, designs, text, graphics,information, data and other files are property of Bikalpajeebika and protected by India and international copyright laws.
  • Notwithstanding any term and conditions, Bikalpajeebika reserves right, without notice and in its sole discretion to terminate any of the services, to delete member accounts and forfeit cash and/or point balance and restrict, block, limit or prevent access to the use of the services offered by Bikalpajeebika. Any of these said actions will not limit any other remedial or punitive legal actions against the violation.
  • Privacy Policy: None of the information provided through the registration form by the applicants is be shared with our associates/ partner organizations. However these information are used by us for operational purposes and service optimization.
  • Nothing mentioned on this website is a promise or guarantee of results or future earnings. Any earnings mentioned in this website is only an estimation of what we believe you can earn with the best of your ability. But we have no way of knowing how well you can do or you will do with all these earning opportunities. Therefore there is the risk of non performance or less than par performance and earning proportional to the same. Earning results may vary from member to member basing on their ability, understanding, effort, hard work and a variety of factors.
  • All terms and conditions are subject to change if and when required by Bikalpajeevika without any further notice.
  • All matters of dispute are subject to jurisdiction of Bhubaneswar.
  • All decisions made by Bikalpajeebika related to the general administration and execution of services are final and binding in all nature.
  • Bikalpajeebika reserves all rights to suspend, temporarily disable or terminate your membership with Bikalpajeebika at any time with or without giving prior notice.
  • You can close/ delete your member account with us by sending an e-mail to us with subject UNSUSCRIBE / CLOSE/ DELETE account.
